Beginning in October of 2025, our clinics will be implementing a new digital charting software and client communications software. We will have many exciting new changes, including SMS text reminders, online client portals to access pet records, digital forms & payment options and more. This change will require some adjustment time as our staff will be learning all new software. We appreciate your patience during this time. Also, to accommodate the cost of these new upgrades, we will need to increase some of our pricing accordingly. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but we trust that our community of pet parents will see the value in this new system as a way to better maintain their pets' health and wellbeing. Effective January 2025- All anesthetic procedures (ie. surgeries, dentals etc.) will require pre-anesthetic bloodwork prior to scheduling any anesthetic procedure. A routine blood panel will be performed in order to better assess the risk of using anesthesia with your pet. Many underlying conditions can be caught prior to surgery, ensuring a safer experience for all patients. We understand that this added expense may be frustrating to some, but we trust that your pets' health and safety are a higher priority for most pet parents. Thank you and have a happy new year! -AAC
